They can lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support quality in human resources, such as performance management systems and training programs. They are able to analyze data and metrics related to human resources quality, and use this information to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Advanced competence definition

Advanced-level individuals are experts in quality management of human resources. They are able to lead the development of a comprehensive quality management system for the entire organization, with a particular focus on the human resources function. They are also able to provide strategic advice to senior management on issues related to human resources quality, and can develop and deliver training programs to other employees to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the organization. We have also found they can develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve human resources quality, and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives.
