Intermediate competence definition

Advanced competence definition

Advanced individuals understand the strategic implications of different quality control and assurance decisions and be able to create and execute complex QC&A plans that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. They have the ability to identify and implement advanced QC&A tools and methodologies such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, and total quality management.
