They can develop and implement a strategic plan for QMS improvement that aligns with the overall business strategy, and can use advanced statistical methods and other analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of their changes and make data-driven decisions. They are also able to communicate the benefits of QMS improvement to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
